It’s summertime, and so far I’ve been taking it pretty easy – in the wood shop at least.  I’ve been spending a lot of time at the beach teaching my seven year old daughter to really body board, and body surfing alongside.  And, I’ve been keeping busy with photography, which can be seen on my other site.  But things are starting to pick up.

I have a craft fair coming up, a few orders for trucks and puzzles that need to get completed, and I just found out that an order I placed months ago for some long Paulownia planks for my first attempt at an Alaia is finally ready to ship.  So stay tuned for updates on that project, and if you’re in the market for a hand plane to get some summer womping in, keep an eye on my online store where one or two of the above boards will be available in a week or so.
