Adrian is an Australian Artist / illustrator / designer & shaper.

He has spent the last 2 decades working for some of the largest surf companies both in house & as freelance artist. After becoming dissatisfied with the generic surf mould he has chosen his own path & now spends his days working on his own surf company Rake Surfboards which specialises in alternate foam craft & clothing. Born from his passion of all things different adrian began making his own boards in his backyard shed as he couldn't  find boards he wanted to ride in Australia. Adrian shapes & foils the fins from his home shaping bay, from there they travel a short distance to brown shed where they are finished up by Sean Nettleton who is a master in traditional pigments & tints. As well as the surfboards adrian designs all the art & clothing for Rake and manages to find small amounts of time for art shows & various projects whenever they arise.
